Roofing and skylight materials
Roofing styles
We offer a range of roofing styles: Asphalt roofing, engineered or composite roofing, metal roofing, concrete tile, clay tile, and slate roofing.

Asphalt roofing
This type uses asphalt for purposes of waterproofing. It is a proven roofing system in American society with over 100 year's track record. It has a long life expectancy with fewer or no leak problems when the proper installation is factored. It is durable and with a considerable weight that is neither too heavy, not too light. It has excellent uplift and fire resistance, cost-effective, and affordable. In its installation, it does not need any more structure to man the weight. Low or no maintenance is required after installation, and in cases of repair, it is easy to repair with relatively low-cost to the customer.

Engineered roofing or composite roofing
These are made from a mixture of commonly used materials for roofing such as recycled paper products, asphalt, and fiberglass, among others. They are moisture friendly and generally resistant to fire.

They exist in different colors and styles, and in the installation, they usually rouse a shake roof or a slate-style. Its durability is nearly 35 to 50 years and ordinarily cost-effective concerning other roofing materials. Though they are an upgrade from traditional wooden slates and shingles, they are relatively cheaper than slates and concrete tile roofing.

Metal roofing
Due to the durability and malleability of metals, they can be hammered and shaped to stilted shakes or even tiles. This unique crafts roofing looks with the advantageousness of the metallic strength and longevity being fully exploited.

Concrete tile
This style comes with different colors and styles as per the customer needs. It is highly durable and requires deficient maintenance, key aspects that prompt its pricing upfront. However, concerning its lifespan and durability, the upfront cost is ideally offset by the term of service. It is worth noting that the product is heavy and requires critical engineering to sustain the weight. Proper installation is necessary to ensure it is well put and has its decent outlook curved out.

Clay tile
These are made up of clay, which is generally hardened through burning to form roofing materials. They are highly durable with excellent aesthetic appeal, a property that has prompted the manufacturers to offer an extended warranty duration ranging to more than over 20 years.

Slate roofing
They usually come in different colors, sizes, and thicknesses. In response to any final architectural design, one can craft many looks of this product as per their desires. It is heavy and requires the roof deck's engineering as clay, and concrete roofing does so that the weight can be adequately sustained.

The material used for the slates appears as a natural product on the earth's surface and has to be mined for its usage. This explains the weighty nature of the material and the relative purchasing and installation as it is ideally labor-intensive.

Wood shingles roofing
They are thinly tampered wood pieces that are primarily used in roof covering and the walls of buildings. When chemically treated, it has long durability of about 30 years, outlasting untreated shakes. They are relatively cheaper as compared to other materials with an outstanding usage track record.
